Kathmandu: Sri Lanka has managed to beat Scotland by 246 runs in the selection of the ICC Cricket World Cup Qualifier 2023 in Zimbabwe.
Sri Lanka lost all their wickets to give Scotland a target of 246 in the ICC Cricket World Cup qualifying match at the Queen's Support Club ground in Zimbabwe.
For Sri Lanka, Aslanka scored 63 in 65 balls, Sadhira scored 23 runs in 31 balls and Hasaranga scored 15 runs in 12 balls.
Similarly, Cheris Braves managed to take 4 wickets, Mark Watt 3 and Cherry Soul 2 wickets for Scotland.
Kathmandu - Sri Lanka defeated Oman by 10 wickets in ICC ODI World Cup Qualifiers.
Sri Lanka chased down the modest target of 99 runs given by Oman in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe in the 15th over without losing any wicket.
For him, Dimuth Karunaratne scored 61 runs and Pathun Nisanka scored 37 runs. Oman, who lost the toss and were invited to bat first, were bowled out for 98 runs in 2 balls from 30 overs.
